The Guadiana Eurocity is a European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) made up of the Spanish municipality of Ayamonte and the Portuguese municipalities of Castro Marim and Vila Real de Santo António.

Geographically located in the south of the Iberian Peninsula and in the Alentejo-Algarve-Andalusia Euroregion, the border position of these locations is linked by the Portuguese-Spanish bridge built over the River Guadiana, which acts as a link between these populations, their customs, their traditions and sharing a social, cultural and leisure activity.
