TUR4all label
What is the TUR4all Accessible Tourism label?
This recognition is awarded to public and private tourist establishments that work to improve the accessibility of their facilities and services.
The TUR4all badge highlights the commitment of your company or organisation to customers and public with accessibility needs, differentiating you from the rest of the tourist offer.
The label has been created by experts in accessibility and tourism. Its criteria are based on national and international accessibility regulations and best practices. Furthermore, they have been endorsed and agreed by the national organisations representing people with disabilities in Spain.
What are the benefits?
- It provides objective and reliable information on the accessibility conditions of your facilities and services to customers such as people with disabilities, elderly people and families with children, allowing you to increase your market share.
- Promotes your establishment on our Accessible Tourism website TUR4all.
- It helps your organisation to implement a management and continuous improvement system for the accessibility of your facilities and services, which results in an improvement in the quality of your services as a whole.
- It offers you a permanent accessibility consultancy service.
- It allows you to promote your business or organisation as socially responsible for your commitment to people with disabilities and accessibility needs in general.
What does the TUR4all label value?
The label covers all accessibility needs: physical, visual, auditory, cognitive, orientation, food intolerances, allergies and others. It analyses the following areas, according to the certified level of accessibility:
TUR4all Basic:
- The level of accessibility of tourist facilities.
- The information provided to the customer on the accessibility of the facilities.
TUR4all Premium:
- The level of accessibility of tourist facilities.
- The level of accessibility of services to the public
- The information provided to the customer through different media: website, mobile applications, printed materials, etc.
- Accessibility management through the different processes of the organisation.
Each of these levels reflects the fulfilment of rigorous standards against which organisations are measured and which show what they have achieved in terms of accessibility.
