Situado en plena campo castellano, a unos 7 km a las afueras de la ciudad de Béjar. Sin transporte público, es necesario llegar en coche. Es una gran extensión de terreno, con casitas nuevas unifamiliares distribuidas por el mismo.
Los apartamentos son de 1 planta, accesibles y con posibilidad de 1 o 2 habitaciones, cuenta con estacionamiento reservado delante de cada apartamento y todos sus itinerarios son accesibles, sin desniveles o por medio de rampas. En la entrada al recinto, hay un estacionamiento donde nace un camino que conduce a recepción, salones de usos múltiples, y por todos lo apartamentos hasta llegar a la zona de restauración y parque infantil, con una serie de instalaciones y juegos sensitivos que son accesibles a niños y niñas con distintas necesidades cognitivas.
