Located in the heart of the village, on the emblematic Rua Conselheiro Miguel Dantas, opposite the public garden, the Paredes de Coura Municipal Archive (AMPCR), opened to the public on May 5, 2008, is dedicated to the preservation of the municipality's documentary heritage, historical and administrative. Equipped with five storage areas, document reception, conservation and restoration rooms, technical offices and a block entirely dedicated to the public, which includes a large reading room, reception and sanitary facilities.
