La colección cuenta con aproximadamente 10.000 materiales entre libros, revistas y piezas audiovisuales; además desde allí se puede acceder al catálogo completo de la Red de Bibliotecas del Banco de la República y solicitar en préstamo cualquiera de los dos millones de libros disponibles, así como a la colección de libros electrónicos. Está equipada con 116 sillas y un lugar para trabajar en grupo. Los espacios de la Biblioteca son abiertos, propicios para la lectura y la investigación, con excelente iluminación e infraestructura sismoresistente.
