Situada en el pueblo de Zarzalejos, a 8 Km de El Escorial y a 3 Km del Puerto de la Cruz Verde, en la Sierra Oeste de Madrid, situada entre la Sierra de Guadarrama y la zona oriental de la Sierra de Gredos. El lugar es ideal para los que buscan disfrutar de la naturaleza, tranquilidad y descanso lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. El acceso se realiza por escalera, existiendo una plataforma salvaescaleras para solventar el desnivel En la planta baja dispone de un salón-comedor con chimenea francesa de 50m2, cocina completamente equipada, 2 dormitorios dobles y un baño adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. En la planta superior hay 5 habitaciones dobles y tres baños completos, uno de ellos con jacuzzi. No existe un itinerario accesible entre plantas. No dispone de plaza de estacionamiento reservada para vehículos de personas con movilidad reducida, aunque el establecimiento tiene un amplio garaje.
