O Centro Português de Fotografia (CPF) está instalado no antigo edifício da “Cadeia da Relação”, que começou a ser construído em 1767. A cadeia foi um lugar de detenção importante, onde prisioneiros notáveis, como Zé do Telhado e Camilo Castelo Branco, foram encarcerados. O CPF tem uma coleção permanente com câmaras fotográficas antigas e uma biblioteca especializada, além de exposições temporárias.
