El Hotel está situado en el casco urbano de Ariany un pequeño pueblo a 45 km de la ciudad de Palma. El hotel consta de 11 habitaciones, 9 de las cuales están completamente adaptadas para PMR. Todos los accesos y zonas comunes están también adaptados para tal fin. Los indicadores de las zonas comunes y habitaciones están señalizados en Braille. El Hotel no dispone de servicio de recepción 24h. Antes de la llegada, recibirán un correo electrónico con la información para el check in automatizado. Con un sistema de códigos se accede a la hora deseada, sin necesidad de hacer cola ni estar pendientes del servicio de recepción. Totalmente accesible para personas mayores y con movilidad reducida.
