Open since 1997 and integrated in Herdade do Esporão, our restaurant is open to the outside, close to the origin of all our products – nature. With a terrace and views over the vineyards, the decoration and architecture of the space are marked by local materials, privileging the authenticity and comfort of those who visit us. The cuisine is of modern confection and interpretation and focused on the product – Alentejo, Portuguese and seasonal. The ingredients are born in our organic gardens or come to us through local and national producers with whom we work throughout the year. We respect the product throughout its lifecycle, taking full advantage of it. Our kitchen is sustainable and zero-waste.
