El hotel se sitúa junto al parque temático TERRA MÍTICA y cuenta con acceso directo al mismo, independiente de la entrada principal. Está formado por cuatro bloques unidos entre sí por un núcleo central de comunicaciones. Los bloques B y D, pertenecen al hotel GRAND LUXOR, mientras que los bloques A y C pertenecen al hotel ALL SUITES (en ejecución en el momento de la visita). Los bloques C y D son solo de habitaciones y tienen 3 plantas. Los bloques A y B tienen 8 plantas (3 de elllas en semisótano). Se accede por la planta 4 donde está la recepción y zonas comunes, las plantas 5 a 8 (numeradas como 1 a 4) son de habitaciones. Las plantas 2 y 3 se destinan a parking y la planta 1 (en ejecución durante la vista) se destinará a zona de eventos y SPA.
