Fundada en 1833 por Don Antonio Dañino y remodelada en 1876 y 1966, es uno de los templos más antiguos del puerto. Combina estilos neoclásicos y barrocos, con fachada simétrica, columnas, torres y campana de más de 400kg. Su interior cuenta con nave central, capillas laterales, altar mayor, bóvedas, cúpulas, púlpito y coro, manteniendo su valor histórico y arquitectónico.
