El Museo Provincial del Vino enseña de manera fácil la importancia de la industria del vino en la zona de la Ribera del Duero. Además de la exposición, el museo ofrece catas para probar vinos, cursos para aprender a catar vinos y actividades para niños sobre el vino. El museo está en el Castillo de Peñafiel. El museo tiene 3 plantas de exposición abiertas para los visitantes. En el sótano hay una sala de exposiciones, un salón de actividades y los cuartos de baño. En la planta baja está la recepción y una sala de exposiciones. En la planta 1 hay otra sala de exposiciones. Hay un ascensor para subir y bajar entre la planta baja y la planta 1. La entrada al sótano es por otra puerta. Hay una plataforma salvaescaleras para subir y bajar al sótano.
