The Tomàs Balvey Museum and Archive in Cardedeu (MATBC) houses a wide variety of collections, among which its most unique feature stands out: the historic Balvey pharmacy, consisting of the original furniture from 1780 and more than 200 ceramic jars from 1827.
The ground floor houses the botanical garden, dedicated to medicinal plants, which serves as an open-air exhibition space and complements the museum’s central theme: health and well-being.
