The 'Himalaya Creativity Workshops' is a space dedicated to the figure and legacy of one of the greatest Portuguese scientists and visionaries of the turn of the 19th century, known as Padre Himalaya, born in Arcos de Valdevez. The space is a platform for the promotion of science and the multiple areas of knowledge covered by the researcher, incorporating the Himalaya Interpretative Center, several rooms and spaces dedicated to science and pedagogy, the “Centro da Ecocidadania”, a labyrinth equally dedicated to to the universal figure of the scientist and a 360º high-definition projection dome.
