Esta es la iglesia principal de Tenerife. La iglesia tenía una antigüedad de 500 años, pero se hundió hace varios años por el paso del tiempo. Hoy está reconstruida. Son interesantes la torre, la pila para bautizos y varias obras de arte de Fernando Estévez y Cristóbal Hernández de Quintana. La entrada accesible a la Iglesia se realiza desde la Plaza de la Concepción. Existe una serie de desniveles en la puerta de acceso debido a un pequeño escalón y al travesaño de la puerta de madera que son salvados a través de dos rampas de madera, con las siguientes dimensiones: la primera tiene una longitud de 90 cm, un ancho de 80 cm y una inclinación del 20%. La segunda tiene una longitud de 1,14 m, un ancho de 80 cm y una inclinación del 18%.
