Predif ha comprobado la accesibilidad de esta playa con el apoyo de Fundación Caser. La playa de Poniente de Benidorm tiene un punto accesible para personas con discapacidad. El punto accesible está cerca de una parada de autobús accesible, hay aparcamiento para personas con discapacidad y hay una zona en la playa preparada para recibirlos con rampas, vestidores y zonas de sombra. Los socorristas han hecho cursos para rescatar y atender correctamente a las personas ciegas. También hay un aparato desfibrilador en el caso de que una persona sufra un ataque al corazón.
