| A Praia foi visitada na época balnear de 2018 | Situada na freguesia da Carvoeira, a praia da Foz do Lizandro apresenta a maior extensão de areal do Concelho de Mafra e uma paisagem natural indissociável do rio Lizandro, que ali desagua e lhe dá o nome. Mais do que uma estância de veraneio, esta praia é um polo de lazer, integrando modernos bares e restaurantes com esplanadas. Os estabelecimentos encontram-se dispostos ao longo de um passadiço sobrelevado, paralelo à frente de rio/ mar e que permite efetuar a ligação a um amplo parque de estacionamento.
