El Club Náutico de Altea ofrece una gran cantidad de servicios e instalaciones, como recaladas y estancias en amarre para embarcaciones, servicio de varadero y zona de talleres náuticos, y una zona dedicada a la recogida y gestión de residuos tóxicos y peligrosos. Entre otros servicios, dispone de una estación meteorológica, lavandería, wifi, piscina semi-olímpica, pista de tenis y restaurante Club Social. Además, organiza eventos náuticos deportivos como remo, pesca, vela ligera y vela crucero a nivel autonómico, nacional e internacional, destacando la regata de invierno "200 millas a2", con trayecto Altea-Ibiza-Altea. El club también cuenta con un baño adaptado, plazas PMR y acceso a la entrada por rampa, mejorando la accesibilidad para personas con movilidad reducida.
