O Restaurante “2 Irmãos”, em Faro no Algarve, é uma casa de gastronomia típica com o saber antigo de uma cozinha tradicional. No centro da cidade, na Baixa, este espaço oferece as receitas mais tradicionais servidas com os métodos mais modernos e mais exigentes. Desde a sua fundação em 1925, este museu da gastronomia algarvia sempre foi uma referência nesta cidade pela sua saborosa comida e excelente vinho. Os peixes e mariscos frescos, e as suculentas carnes cozinhados com a mestria e paixão do chef António Dias fazem as delícias dos comensais de várias partes do país e do globo que visitam a capital algarvia.
